Reviews

Rita,

I just wanted to write and tell you how much I enjoyed the novel Peripheral View.
You are a wonderful wordsmith and your storytelling talents are stellar.
I love that the story is based on a true story. It made me laugh, it made me cry.
Your visual descriptions and dialogue made me think this book could easily be translated into a wonderful Hallmark movie. Can’t wait to read your next book!

Sincerely,

I read the review on Paula’s blogspot. I have never had E. or had a close friend or family member with the disease. Since the disease has not touched my life, I wouldn’t have an interest in it or reading about E. As I got further into the book, I realized the story was very compelling and I’ve not been able to lay it down. Author Rita Kuehn can take a ordinary event such as two people meeting for the first time and create a suspenseful drama out of it. I was literally sitting on the edge of my chair when Jordana met for the first time with Matthew Kincaid. I knew it was Jordana. It had to be, but I to endure some suspense first! There are many other good scenes like that but the first meeting between these two characters has to be my favorite. I have really connected to this book. I hope the author can soon get started on her next novel.  Gary Friedly, author “Bridge Over the Valley”.
